Frequently asked questions

How do I know my dog is safe in your hotel?

The safety of our furry guests is our top priority! All areas where the dog moves are safe and protected (rooms, playrooms, yard), and our staff respects the protocols that have been set up to keep all dogs safe at all times. In addition to the fences and partitions with which we keep dogs from escaping, unwanted encounters or injuries, the entire facility is under video surveillance so that we have an insight into what is happening at every moment.

How do you keep it clean?

We carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and disinfection in all areas where dogs stay (in accordance with the Regulations that we have developed). All the products we use are safe for dogs.

Do I need to bring food for the dog?

We recommend that you definitely bring food that your dog eats at home. Any change in food can lead to changes in digestion, which we want to avoid while the dog is in temporary housing. If you do not succeed or do not want to provide food that the dog eats regularly, we are able to offer dry or fresh food for which we charge extra. In any case, the doggy will not go hungry :-)

How do dogs spend their time when they are at Pasinski?

The hotel and daycare for dogs is designed in such a way that dogs spend most of their time playing, walking, sniffing or petting, depending on the temperament and needs of each dog. Our infrastructure, which consists of two large playrooms and a large outdoor space, allows us to classify dogs into groups that will suit them best. Each group is under the leadership and supervision of our employees. Each dog spends part of the afternoon and night in its own room to have a peaceful and safe rest and sleep.
